Shipping & Delivery

We deliver camping gear across Australia and to selected international destinations.

Australian Orders

Most Australian orders are delivered within 3-7 business days from the date your order is placed. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and product availability.

International Orders

International orders generally arrive within 2-4 weeks. Customs processing and local delivery services may affect delivery times in some countries.

Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly and includes any extra details that may assist with delivery. Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be provided where available.

Returns & Damaged Items

Please choose carefully before placing your order. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and include photos of the issue so we can assist you as quickly as possible.

Change of Mind

We do not normally provide refunds for change of mind, incorrect selections or if you find the same item elsewhere at a lower price. We recommend reviewing your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Order Cancellations

If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been processed or dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In some cases, a restocking fee may apply.
